Team Building is just like Cricket

Managing and leading in cricket and life:

• As the manager you have responsibility to select the players , co-ordinate the team's effort and oversee the playing of the game.
• All players must know their jobs, have the right skills to do them and know where they fit in.
• Go into every match with a game plan.
• Players and the manager must communicate with each other, trust and support one another and resolve differences in a constructive manner.
• Each player must exercise self control and stick to the game plan.
